What we collect

• Newsletter sign-up: your name and email, the job title, company and state if you give them, and the date you signed up and confirmed your consent.
• Contact form: your name, email and message.

How we use it

We use sign-up details to send the newsletter and to understand who reads it, and contact details to reply to you. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Service providers

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which also stores form submissions and processes basic request data, such as IP addresses, to run and protect the site. Page fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads. A newsletter delivery provider will receive subscriber details when the newsletter begins sending.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not currently set advertising or analytics cookies. We will update this policy before that changes.

Your choices

Every newsletter will include an unsubscribe link. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, use the contact page and choose "Privacy request." Depending on where you live, including California, you may have additional legal rights over your personal information, and we will honor them.

Children

This is a trade publication for working professionals and is not directed to children under 16.

Changes

We will post any changes here and update the effective date.
